Complaint for SNCF delay




You have suffered damage because of a delay attributable to the SNCF. You must contact customer service. Two scenarios will arise: – the delay falls within the “guaranteed hourly commitment” provided for by SNCF but you are not satisfied by the compensation awarded to you by SNCF, – or the delay does not enter the “guaranteed time commitment” but you claim compensation because your prejudice is real.
