Description
Resignation allows the employee to terminate the permanent employment contract (CDI). However, to be valid, it must meet certain conditions. However, the resignation must not be abusive, that is, taken with the intent to harm the employer. Employees on fixed-term contracts (fixed-term contracts) are not allowed to resign before the end of the contract period.
