Rider to change to part-time

Description

An employee who is planning to start or take over a business may, under certain conditions, take leave or part-time work. On the date on which the leave or part-time leave begins, the employee must justify 24 months of seniority, consecutive or otherwise, in the company from which he requests his leave or part-time leave.
