Request for garnishment of a claim

Description

When you are the holder of a claim, founded in principle, against a natural person or a legal person and when the reminders you have sent to your debtor have remained unsuccessful, you can request from the Enforcement Judge the setting up of a precautionary seizure of claims. This will allow you to seize the claim of the debtor of your debtor. The major interest of this seizure is thus to be practiced between the hands of a third party and to allow to pass over the insolvency of your direct debtor.
