Motion for exemption from increased fine – pv absent from the windscreen

Description

When you receive a parking ticket, you must pay the fine within 45 days of the offence. However, it is possible that you did not find the ticket when you returned to your vehicle and you were fined at a higher rate. In this case, you can send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the department indicated on the ticket to request exemption from the increase in the fine. Your request must be justified, i.e. you must explain in detail the reason why the ticket was missing from your windscreen (bad weather, bad trick of a joker,…).
