Claiming partner status by a spouse

Description

When a partner makes a contribution to a corporation using property that is dependent on the spouse’s community, his spouse may claim the partnership status of the partnership on the basis of half of the shares subscribed. The common spouse in property can claim the status of partner within the company, by notifying the company its intention to become personally associated with the company.
