Description

The directors of a limited liability company, also called managers, are appointed by the articles of association or by a separate act when the company is created. Thereafter, the other managers are elected by the partners who meet in general meeting giving rise to the establishment of a report. The minutes recording the appointment of the managers are published in the Trade and Companies Register.
