CDD for exceptional export orders

Description

As an employer, you can hire an employee for a fixed term when you have placed an exceptional export order. The use of fixed-term employment contracts is justified when this order exceeds the ordinary means of your company. In this case, you must consult the works council or, failing this, the staff representatives, before concluding the employment contract.
