Transfer of charges between undertakings

Description

This model agreement allows one company to transfer one or more charges to another company. This Agreement defines the conditions for such assumption of responsibility as well as the duration of the agreement between the Parties. This Agreement applies to groups of companies or independent companies that share costs (e.g. rents, routine maintenance expenses, equipment, etc.).
