Promise to hire

Description

As an employer, you are about to hire a new employee and you want to confirm your choice in writing. In this case, you can hand it to him or send him by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt a promise of employment. The promise of hiring has a real legal value. It is a mutual commitment. It is opposable to you as to your future employee. If one of you does not respect his commitments, the other party can claim compensation for damages and obtain damages for breach of contract.
