Description
You have booked a hotel room with a service provider. The latter has informed you at the last moment of the cancellation of your reservation. You can then demand that he reimburse you for the sums you have previously paid him and compensate you for the damage suffered as a result of the non-performance of his contractual obligations. This letter of formal notice is a prerequisite for taking legal action against the service provider.
