Description

When a company is set up, a notice of its incorporation must be published in a newspaper of legal notices. The purpose of the incorporation notice is to inform third parties of the creation of the company. It must indicate in particular: the name, form, purpose, registered office, duration, capital of the company, the nature of the contributions, the names and addresses of the directors… It is possible to contact a newspaper specialised in legal notices or a non-specialised newspaper authorised to publish such notices in the department in question.
