Notice of contribution of a business to a company

Description

Where a business is contributed by its owner to a company which is being set up or which already exists, a notice must be published in a newspaper of legal notices relating to the contribution made in order to inform third parties. This notice must be published within fifteen days of the date of the transfer of the business. The certificate of publication of the notice of contribution of the business shall be communicated to the Registry of the Commercial Court, in particular when a company is incorporated or when the share capital of a company already created is increased.
