Description
In proceedings before the Court of First Instance, you must either present yourself personally at the hearing or be represented by a lawyer, a member of your family (spouse, cohabitant or person with whom a civil pact of solidarity, parents or allies in direct line, relatives or allies in collateral line up to the third degree included) or of a person exclusively attached to your personal service or to your company. The person assigned to represent you must have special powers.
