You accept a preliminary offer of consumer credit and you wish to retract. You then have seven days from the day you sign the credit offer (article L. 311-15 of the Consumer Code). You must return to the credit institution by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt the detachable slip attached to your credit offer. If this form is not available, you must send him a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. You can exercise your right of withdrawal for any reason and do not have to justify your decision.
