When you have a claim against a partner of a company who has contributed its business to the latter, you must declare your claim to the Commercial Court Registry of the place where the business is located. Such a declaration will allow you to have recourse against the company receiving the contribution of the business. It is to be carried out within 10 days of the publication of the notice of contribution of the business in a newspaper of legal announcements.
