Contribution to a company

Description

When a business is brought by its owner to a company that is constituted or which already exists, it is advisable to publish a notice in a newspaper of legal announcements relating to the contribution made in order to inform the thirds. The publication of this notice must be made within fifteen days of the date of the deed of contribution of the business. The certificate of publication of the notice of contribution of the business is to be communicated to the Registry of the Commercial Court, particularly when registering a company which is constituted or when the capital increase of a company that is already created.
