Description

When a company is incorporated, the partners must deposit the company’s share capital with a banking institution, a notary or the Caisse des dépôts et consignations. This capital deposit concerns only the cash part, which can be paid by cheque, cash or transfer. The capital must actually be deposited and cashed in order to obtain a certificate attesting to the proof of this deposit. The certificate is to be attached to the articles of the company. It is only after the registration of the company that the funds can be withdrawn by an agent of the company carrying a proof of registration.
