Notice to the tenant to pay

When you rent an apartment and your tenant does not pay his rent, you must send him a letter by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt giving him notice to fulfill his obligation to pay rent. The letter of formal notice contains the reason for the disagreement, a history of the facts and proposes a time limit for settling the dispute. It is a prerequisite to the implementation by the lessor of a legal action against its tenant.
