Description
The spouse who requests the divorce submits, by lawyer, a petition to the Family Court. The grounds for the application for divorce need not be set out in the application. The choice of divorce procedure will be made at the time of the assignment. In the event of the parents’ separation, the child’s residence is fixed either with one of the parents or with both parents alternately.
