Agreement on the secondment of an employee to a group company

Description

An employer may decide to temporarily place one of his employees at the disposal of another company located either in France or outside France. Most often, it is a subsidiary company or belonging to the same group. The original contract is not broken. The employer must obtain the employee’s written consent.
