Description
You have sent a letter to your telephone operator to cancel your subscription. You were then charged a substantial amount for termination fees. You must then send a new letter to your telephone operator informing him that it is now possible to terminate his mobile telephony contract by paying only a quarter of the sums normally due. Note: This document only applies to mobile phone contracts that were signed after 1 June 2008 with a commitment period of more than 12 months or that were modified after 1 June 2008, this modification implying a re-engagement for a period of more than 12 months (example: mobile phone renewal with re-engagement of 24 months).
