Status of commitments made by the founders

Description

When setting up a company, the founders must state the commitments they have made on behalf of their company being formed, such as opening a bank account, paying bills… These are deeds binding the company before the signature of the articles of association. The statement of commitments is presented to the partners when the articles of association are signed. It is annexed to the latter. This attachment therefore means that the company undertakes to take them over.
