In this case, you must verify that there is nothing in your lease agreement that prohibits you from subletting the leased space. Once your landlord’s agreement has been obtained, you can authorize the subletting of the leased premises. The sublease must be the subject of a written contract in which the lessor gives you the right to make all or part of the premises he rents available to a third party. In the event of a sublease, the lessee remains liable to the lessor for the performance of the obligations arising under the lease, as if he himself occupied the premises.
