Joint and several guarantee commitment

Description

You are a relative or close relative of the new tenant of a dwelling. The owner of this housing wishes that the payment of the rent is guaranteed by a guarantee which it will be able to act in the event of nonpayment of the rent by the tenant. You agree to guarantee payment of the rent. The landlord wants this deposit to be joint and several, so that he can more easily ask for payment.
