Exercise of the right of withdrawal – provision of services

Description

As a consumer, you have 14 days from acceptance of the offer to provide services to withdraw. You must inform your service provider by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt that you wish to cancel the service without having to justify your reasons. The service provider is obliged to reimburse you for the amount of the service within 30 days of exercising your right of withdrawal at the latest, interest at the legal rate in force being applicable beyond this date. Attention: The right of withdrawal does not concern the provision of services the execution of which started before the fourteen days deadline with your agreement.
