Declaration on honour

Description

You do not have a bank account, for example, because your old bank cancelled the contract binding it to you, or because it is your first account opening. So you want to open one, but because of your history, you fear that your application will be rejected by the bank. In this case, you must make a declaration on your honour that you have no account. You must include this statement with your bank account application. If the bank refuses, you may request the opening of a bank account with the Banque de France.
