Description
When you have a claim against a company and that company is subject to collective proceedings such as receivership, you must declare your claim as a liability of your debtor in order to be able to collect your claim. If you do not make this declaration, you will be deprived of any recourse. Indeed, only this declaration will allow you to be paid on the assets of your debtor once the employees, the Tax Office, the URSSAF, the expenses of Justice and the other creditors having a privilege will have been paid. This declaration will also allow you to be paid if the company recovers or if its manager, condemned to pay off the liabilities, disposes of personal property.
