Description
You are an independent mover or manager of a moving company. A customer asks you for compensation following the loss, during his move, of some of his belongings. This client believes that, as a mover, you are responsible for any losses incurred during your assignment and that you must therefore compensate them. You do not dispute the losses but consider however that they are due to a fault of the customer (boxes deposited in the street without supervision for example). You believe that you are not responsible and that you therefore do not have to repair the damage.
