Unfurnished residential lease




You are the owner of a property and you wish to rent it out without making movable property available to the tenant. In this case, the initial term of the contract is 3 years. As lessor, you are obliged to deliver the rented property to the lessee and to let the lessee enjoy it peacefully throughout the term of the lease. It must be decent housing. It is also your responsibility to maintain the rented premises, particularly when damage is caused by normal wear and tear of the building. You are also responsible for the biggest repairs. The contract can be terminated at any time by the tenant if he gives his notice three months before his departure. If you wish to terminate the contract, you must give six months’ notice. You can give leave only in three cases: in the event of resumption of the housing to live, to sell it, or for legitimate and serious reason (in the event of serious breach of contract by the tenant for example).
