Repair request following damage caused during a move




You have asked a company to carry out your move. During this move, objects disappeared or furniture was damaged. You must then report these disappearances or damage in a letter sent to the company by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt in order to request compensation. You are concerned if you reported the disappearance or damage but also if you only noticed the disappearance or damage after the movers left, by opening the boxes.
