Notice to deliver




When you have ordered a property and that property has not been delivered to you as planned, you must send a letter by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt giving notice to the person to whom you purchased the property to execute its delivery obligation. The letter of formal notice contains the reason for the disagreement, a history of the facts and proposes a time limit for settling the dispute. It is a prerequisite for the implementation of any legal action against the seller.
