\u00c8 legale?<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00c8 possibile installare una telecamera di sorveglianza in un edificio condominiale, ma solo a determinate condizioni.\u00a0Questo fa parte del lavoro che si pu\u00f2 fare nelle aree comuni per prevenire danni a persone e cose.\u00a0L’installazione di una telecamera deve essere votata dall’assemblea generale dei comproprietari, a maggioranza assoluta, o anche a maggioranza semplice in una seconda votazione.<\/span>
La telecamera pu\u00f2 riprendere solo le aree comuni della compropriet\u00e0 (corridoi, parcheggio, ascensore, ecc.) ma non la pubblica via, i locali commerciali e di attivit\u00e0, o gli ingressi privati \u200b\u200bdei comproprietari per non violare la loro privacy.\u00a0In caso di registrazione e identificazione di persone, il dispositivo deve essere dichiarato alla\u00a0<\/span>CNIL<\/span><\/a>e le informazioni delle persone filmate devono essere fornite mediante un pannello di visualizzazione.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cosa succede a queste immagini?<\/span><\/h2>\n

In caso di registrazione, le immagini possono essere conservate solo per un\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>massimo di 30 giorni.\u00a0<\/span>Possono essere utilizzati come prova in caso di atti illeciti.\u00a0Se sono stati effettuati al fine di proteggere la compropriet\u00e0 ei suoi abitanti da attacchi gravi (furti, Attempti, ecc.), possono essere trasmessi in tempo reale ai servizi preposti al mantenimento dell’ordine.\u00a0Le immagini devono riguardare solo le aree comuni (atrio, corridoio, ecc.) e non gli ingressi privati \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bo la pubblica via.\u00a0The loro transmissione deve essere votata a maggioranza assoluta dall\u2019assemblea general.\u00a0Se questa transmission \u00e8 pianificata e organizzata slab forze dell’ordine, essa avviene in tempo reale, e rigorosamente per il tempo necessario all’intervento.<\/span><\/p>\n
