Elimination of the end of \u201c\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Mademoiselle<\/span><\/em>\u00a0\u00a0\u201d: With the decision of December 26, 2012, the Consiglio di Stato has confirmed the\u00a0<\/span>circular of the President of the Consiglio dei Ministri of February 21, 2012<\/span><\/a>\u00a0that accomandava the elimination of the end of \u201cMademoiselle\u201d in administrative form.\u00a0Un’association with chiesto l’annullamento di questa circolare e il ripristino del finished \u201cMademoiselle\u201d, ma la sua richiesta \u00e8 stata respinta.\u00a0Il Consiglio di Stato afferma che i termini “Madame” or “Mademoiselle” un hanno alcun significato in termini di stato civile e che non vi \u00e8 alcun obbligo giuridico per le persone di scegliere l’uno o l’altro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conseguentemente, l’amministrazione ha la libert\u00e0 di scegliere se utilizzare o meno nelle forme amministrative e nella corrispondenza il termine “signora”, considerato l’equivalente di “signore” per gli uomini, senza che ci\u00f2 comporti alcun giudizio sullo stato civile.<\/span><\/p>\n

Inoltre, \u00e8 importante notare che questa circolare, che consiglia alle amministrazioni di non usare il termine \u201cMademoiselle\u201d, non impone alcun obbligo ai privati.\u00a0Pertanto non viola la libert\u00e0 di espressione e il rispetto della privacy.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cVa ricordato che, in passato, diverse circolari hanno suggerito alle autorit\u00e0 di evitare di rivelare lo stato civile delle persone nei loro rapporti con i terzi.\u00a0Hanno chiesto senza successo alle autorit\u00e0 di evitare di usare il termine \u201cMademoiselle\u201d quando ci si rivolge a donne non sposate che preferiscono essere chiamate \u201cMadame\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
