Le Grenelle della violenza domestica: un incontro cruciale per\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>il cambiamento<\/span><\/p>\n

La Grenelle des violentes conjugales, tenutasi il 3 settembre 2019, \u00e8 stato un evento fondamentale che ha riunito le principali parti interessate per affrontare il problema urgente degli abusi sulle donne.\u00a0Questo importante incontro \u00e8 servito a mettere in luce i vari attori ritenuti essenziali per agire contro la dura realt\u00e0 affrontata da innumerevoli donne maltrattate.\u00a0Purtroppo, nella sola Francia, la cifra allarmante di un centinaio di donne morte per mano del proprio partner dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 2019, sottolinea l’urgenza di soluzioni e attuazioni efficaci.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’importanza di applicare soluzioni: \u2013<\/span><\/h2>\n

Se esistono soluzioni per combattere la violenza domestica, la sfida principale risiede nella loro corretta applicazione.\u00a0Un esempio critico \u00e8 isolare il coniuge violento dalla casa coniugale invece di chiedere alla vittima di andarsene.\u00a0Questa misura \u00e8 gi\u00e0 legalmente stabilita, ma \u00e8 raramente applicata dai tribunali.\u00a0Riconoscendo che le vittime di violenza domestica sono persone vulnerabili sotto l’influenza dei loro terrificanti partner, diventa chiaro che hanno difficolt\u00e0 a comprendere e navigare nelle leggi applicabili senza informazioni e supporto adeguati.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Empowerment delle vittime: passi da seguire: \u2013<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Al fine di responsabilizzare le vittime e fornire loro gli strumenti per cercare giustizia e protezione, \u00e8 fondamentale che comprendano i passi da compiere di fronte alla violenza domestica.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>I seguenti argomenti descrivono le azioni che le vittime dovrebbero prendere in considerazione:<\/span><\/p>\n

Richiedere assistenza medica e sporgere denuncia Durante il primo atto di violenza, le vittime devono consultare un medico che possa documentare il danno fisico o psicologico loro inflitto.\u00a0Armate di certificato medico, le vittime devono poi recarsi presso un commissariato o una gendarmeria per sporgere denuncia ufficiale.\u00a0\u00c8 importante notare che la semplice registrazione dell’incidente in un registro non ha valore legale e dovrebbe essere rifiutata.\u00a0Insistendo sulla presentazione di formale querela, la pratica sar\u00e0 automaticamente deferita al Pubblico Ministero, avviando i necessari procedimenti giudiziari e misure cautelari.<\/span><\/li>\n
