La reforma de la ley sobre sucesiones y donaciones de 23 de junio de 2006, que entr\u00f3 en vigor el 1 de enero de 2007, modifica muchos art\u00edculos del C\u00f3digo Civil que a\u00fan no hab\u00edan sido objeto de modificaci\u00f3n alguna desde la creaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo Civil en 1804.<\/h2>\n
Esta nueva ley tiene en cuenta la evoluci\u00f3n de la sociedad, moderniza y adapta el derecho sucesorio al concepto de familia y patrimonio tratando de reconocer cambios como el alargamiento de la esperanza de vida, pero tambi\u00e9n la existencia de familias ensambladas.<\/p>\n
Esta ley ofrece m\u00e1s flexibilidad y rapidez en la organizaci\u00f3n y liquidaci\u00f3n de las sucesiones.<\/p>\n
