La empresa europea y la sociedad cooperativa europea establecen disposiciones innovadoras para el trabajador a trav\u00e9s de las directivas n\u00ba 2001786 de 8 de octubre de 2001 (1) y n\u00ba 2003\/72 de 22 de julio de 2003 (2).\u00a0El m\u00e9todo utilizado por las directivas, que combina la autonom\u00eda contractual y las garant\u00edas m\u00ednimas ofrecidas a los trabajadores, es particularmente interesante por su originalidad.\u00a0Estas nuevas agrupaciones empresariales europeas podr\u00edan constituir los inicios de una socialdemocracia.\u00a0Sin embargo, las disposiciones de estas directivas son insuficientes para dar nueva vida al derecho social europeo.\u00a0Por lo tanto, deben proponerse orientaciones innovadoras, como la implementaci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas sociales, as\u00ed como la consagraci\u00f3n de la responsabilidad social empresarial.<\/p>\n
