“La obligaci\u00f3n alimentaria”<\/span><\/h2>\n

\u00a1Apoyo a los padres!\u00a0<\/span>El C\u00f3digo Civil<\/span><\/a>\u00a0establece una obligaci\u00f3n moral de\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>los hijos\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0para con sus padres.\u00a0Esta obligaci\u00f3n moral implica tambi\u00e9n una noci\u00f3n de asistencia en caso de necesidad.\u00a0Esto es lo que define la \u201cobligaci\u00f3n de alimentos\u201d.\u00a0El C\u00f3digo Civil especifica que \u201clos hijos deben alimentos a su padre y a su madre o a otros ascendientes necesitados.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo deber\u00eda ayudarlos?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Esta ayuda debe incluir todo lo necesario para la vida: comida, alojamiento, ropa, medicaci\u00f3n, gastos m\u00e9dicos… No se trata de cubrir los gastos de comodidad (vacaciones, viajes, etc.) del progenitor.\u00a0Muy a menudo, se trata de una manutenci\u00f3n pagada mensualmente por el ni\u00f1o, pero tambi\u00e9n puede ser la financiaci\u00f3n de una ayuda dom\u00e9stica, una contribuci\u00f3n a los gastos de un establecimiento especializado o de alojamiento.\u00a0de los padres en casa.\u00a0Para calcular esta contribuci\u00f3n se tienen en cuenta todos los ingresos de los padres (jubilaci\u00f3n, ingresos profesionales, subsidios, etc.) y el hijo paga la diferencia necesaria para cubrir las necesidades de los padres.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfPuedo negarme a ayudarlos?<\/span><\/h2>\n
