background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p><span class=\"\"><span>Contratar\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/vosdroits\/F2728\"><span>trabajadores extranjeros<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0sin los\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"\"><span>\u00a0permisos de trabajo requeridos\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"\"><span>puede resultar en graves sanciones financieras para los empleadores.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span>La Oficina Francesa de Inmigraci\u00f3n y de Integraci\u00f3n (OFFI) impone una contribuci\u00f3n especial a los empresarios que contratan a\u00a0 trabajadores\u00a0<\/span><span>\u00a0extranjeros indocumentados\u00a0<\/span><span>.\u00a0<\/span><span>Desde el 20 de junio de 2012, las sanciones por emplear trabajadores extranjeros sin permiso han aumentado significativamente, reforzando las sanciones a las que incurren los empleadores.\u00a0Este art\u00edculo explora sanciones mejoradas y la responsabilidad del empleador en tales casos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Mayores sanciones por emplear trabajadores extranjeros<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Desde el 20 de junio de 2012, las sanciones por emplear trabajadores extranjeros sin los permisos de trabajo necesarios han experimentado un aumento sustancial.\u00a0La contribuci\u00f3n especial adeudada al OFFI en este caso se fija ahora en un m\u00ednimo de 5.000 veces el m\u00ednimo garantizado (17.200 euros sobre la base del salario m\u00ednimo vigente el 20 de junio de 2012).\u00a0Esta cantidad representa un aumento significativo respecto a la penalizaci\u00f3n anterior de 100 veces el m\u00ednimo garantizado.\u00a0En caso de reincidencia, la pena se incrementa hasta 25.000 veces el m\u00ednimo garantizado (86.000 euros).\u00a0Estas sanciones reforzadas tienen un efecto disuasorio y resaltan la gravedad de emplear trabajadores extranjeros sin la autorizaci\u00f3n adecuada.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Responsabilidad del empleador y sanciones reforzadas<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Los empleadores son totalmente responsables de garantizar que sus empleados tengan permisos de trabajo v\u00e1lidos.\u00a0La contribuci\u00f3n especial al OFFI se impone a cada empleado que se encuentre en situaci\u00f3n irregular respecto de su autorizaci\u00f3n de trabajo.\u00a0Esto significa que los empleadores enfrentan consecuencias financieras por cada empleado extranjero sin la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria.\u00a0Las sanciones reforzadas resaltan la importancia de cumplir con las regulaciones de inmigraci\u00f3n y realizar controles apropiados para verificar el estatus legal de los trabajadores extranjeros antes de emplearlos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Conclusi\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Los empleadores deben ser conscientes del aumento de las sanciones y la responsabilidad cuando emplean trabajadores extranjeros sin los permisos de trabajo requeridos.\u00a0La contribuci\u00f3n especial adeudada a OFFI ha aumentado significativamente desde el 20 de junio de 2012.
