Esta solicitud deber\u00e1 realizarse 60 d\u00edas antes del inicio de la formaci\u00f3n si tiene una duraci\u00f3n inferior a 6 meses y 120 d\u00edas antes si tiene una duraci\u00f3n superior a 6 meses.\u00a0El empleador dispone de 30 d\u00edas para informar al trabajador de su decisi\u00f3n.\u00a0La ausencia de respuesta dentro de este plazo constituye la aceptaci\u00f3n.<\/span>
Si la formaci\u00f3n se realiza fuera del horario laboral, el trabajador no necesita solicitar autorizaci\u00f3n a su empleador.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00bfMe pagan durante mi formaci\u00f3n?<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Cuando la formaci\u00f3n se realiza durante el tiempo de trabajo, la retribuci\u00f3n del trabajador se mantiene desde que trabaja en tiempo real de trabajo.<\/span>
Por el contrario, cuando la formaci\u00f3n se realiza fuera del horario laboral, no da lugar a remuneraci\u00f3n adicional.<\/span>
