Asimismo, en el momento de la contrataci\u00f3n, el empleador no tiene derecho a formular preguntas de car\u00e1cter m\u00e9dico, sino que es obligatoria la visita previa a la contrataci\u00f3n a un m\u00e9dico del trabajo para comprobar que la persona est\u00e1 en condiciones f\u00edsicas para el puesto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En principio, no<\/strong><br \/>Un empleado no est\u00e1 obligado a informar al empleador de su estado de salud, ya sea que padezca una enfermedad o tenga una discapacidad. Esta informaci\u00f3n es una cuesti\u00f3n de privacidad. Un paro laboral no menciona el motivo de la ausencia y el m\u00e9dico tratante o el seguro de salud no proporcionan ninguna otra informaci\u00f3n al empleador. Cuando una mujer est\u00e1 embarazada, no existe un plazo legal para anunciar su embarazo. No obstante, est\u00e1 obligada a informar a la Seguridad Social de su estado de embarazo en un plazo de catorce semanas y se recomienda que informe tambi\u00e9n a su empleador en el mismo plazo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sobre la contrataci\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>Durante una entrevista de trabajo, el empleador no est\u00e1 autorizado a solicitar informaci\u00f3n sobre el estado de salud del candidato. Sin embargo, es obligatorio un chequeo m\u00e9dico previo al empleo con un m\u00e9dico laboral para verificar la idoneidad para el puesto. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden prescribir ex\u00e1menes como an\u00e1lisis de orina en el caso de un trabajo con un requisito de seguridad.
