plazo<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>En sentencia dictada el 13 de junio de 2012, la 3ra sala civil de la Corte de Casaci\u00f3n reafirma jurisprudencia establecida.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\"><span>Seg\u00fan el\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000029108698\/2014-06-20\"><span>art\u00edculo 145-5 del\u00a0 C\u00f3digo\u00a0<\/span><\/a><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000029108698\/2014-06-20\"><span class=\"\"><span>de Comercio<\/span><\/span><\/a><span><span class=\"\">, especifica that a renter that initially celebrates a back renting contract and continues to occupy the local area will automatically benefit from the commercial renting condition, which generally holds a new year duration.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">, salvo oposici\u00f3n del arrendador.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"\"><a
