Los acreedores que obtengan el pago mediante cheque de caja podr\u00e1n ser obligados a devolverlo en caso de cobro o liquidaci\u00f3n de su deudor.\u00a0Una URSSAF ha emplazado a una empresa por un atraso en las contribuciones a la seguridad social.\u00a0La recuperaci\u00f3n se anunci\u00f3 el 5 de noviembre de 2007.<\/span><\/h2>\n
