El caso Ghedir<\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0En 2004, ocurri\u00f3 un angustioso incidente en una estaci\u00f3n de tren en Seine et Marne, Francia, que involucr\u00f3 el arresto del Sr. Ghedir, un hombre de 21 a\u00f1os en ese momento.\u00a0Durante el incidente, fue abusado f\u00edsicamente por agentes de la SNCF y la polic\u00eda.\u00a0Los oficiales sospecharon que el Sr. Ghedir arrojaba piedras a los trenes, lo que llev\u00f3 a su arresto y posterior entrega a la polic\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span>Como resultado del abuso, el Sr. Ghedir cay\u00f3 en coma profundo y, al despertar varias semanas despu\u00e9s, se encontr\u00f3 confinado a una silla de ruedas.\u00a0Se determin\u00f3 que ten\u00eda una\u00a0 discapacidad parcial permanente\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0del 85%\u00a0<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Tr\u00e1gico Incidente: Abuso y Consecuencias para el Sr. Ghedir:-<\/span><\/h2>\n

A lo largo del juicio, el Sr. Ghedir recibi\u00f3 sentencias favorables, incluida la desestimaci\u00f3n, de los tribunales franceses.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Estas decisiones fueron confirmadas por el Tribunal de Apelaci\u00f3n de Par\u00eds y el Tribunal de Casaci\u00f3n en 2011. Sin embargo, considerando que su da\u00f1o f\u00edsico no hab\u00eda sido suficientemente reparado, el Sr. Ghedir recurri\u00f3 al Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos (TEDH) en 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n

El 15 de febrero de 2018, el TEDH emiti\u00f3 una sentencia, finalizada el 15 de mayo, reconociendo el v\u00ednculo entre el arresto del Sr. Ghedir y su estado de salud posterior.\u00a0Casi 14 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s del incidente, finalmente fue reconocido como v\u00edctima.\u00a0En consecuencia, Francia fue condenada a pagarle 6,5 millones de euros en concepto de indemnizaci\u00f3n por los da\u00f1os materiales y morales sufridos.<\/span><\/p>\n

En busca de la justicia: largo camino hacia la indemnizaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del TEDH: \u2013<\/span><\/h2>\n
