Since the promulgation of the MACRON law on August 6, 2015, the fee agreement between the lawyer and his client is mandatory in all matters and for all interventions.<\/p>\n
The firm welcomed the entry into force of this law because its policy has always been to demonstrate total transparency with clients from the opening of the file, which is the best way to preserve a climate of trust.<\/p>\n
As a general rule, the firm’s fees are established according to the work done and the time spent, these two parameters being, of course, a function of the difficulty of the case, but the firm also offers flat-rate pricing or based on the result.<\/p>\n

Cabinet DAMY’s fees are determined on the number of hours of work per file, i.e.:
– 240 \u20ac including tax \/ hour of work,
– or 360 \u20ac including tax \/ hour of work concerning more complex legal problems and for which Ma\u00eetre DAMY holds specialization certificates (Commercial law and company law).<\/p>\n

Los servicios de Gabinete DAMY ser\u00e1n facturados de acuerdo a los siguientes t\u00e9rminos:
– para cada procedimiento, fijaci\u00f3n de una disposici\u00f3n inicial seg\u00fan la importancia previsible del caso;
– La firma le pedir\u00e1 que firme un acuerdo de honorarios perfectamente transparente que resumir\u00e1 los servicios que necesitar\u00e1 y su precio.<\/p>\n
TARIFAS Y COSTOS DE SOLICITUD ADEM\u00c1S DE LA REMUNERACI\u00d3N
Para cualquier intervenci\u00f3n ante el Tribunal de Gran Instancia de NIZA, GRASSE, DRAGUIGNAN, TOULON, MARSEILLE y AIX-EN-PROVENCE, el Gabinete DAMY aplicar\u00e1 la tarifa legal resultante de la ley n\u00b0 71-1130 del 31 de diciembre de 1971, del decreto 60 -323 de 2 de abril de 1960 y m\u00e1s generalmente de las disposiciones de la ley de 10 de julio de 1991.
Para cualquier intervenci\u00f3n ante los Tribunales Superiores fuera de la jurisdicci\u00f3n del Tribunal de Apelaci\u00f3n de AIX-EN-PROVENCE, los costos y desembolsos de la solicitud ser\u00e1n facturados directamente al cliente por el corresponsal elegido por el Gabinete DAMY.<\/p>\n
HONORARIOS POR RESULTADOS, A CONVENIO CON EL CLIENTE
Al final del procedimiento o al cierre del expediente por parte del Gabinete DAMY con motivo de la culminaci\u00f3n de su misi\u00f3n, se emitir\u00e1 una nota de tarifa adicional teniendo en cuenta el resultado (ya sea de una ganancia para el cliente o de una p\u00e9rdida que se han evitado). Estos honorarios se calculan seg\u00fan un porcentaje de acuerdo con las pr\u00e1cticas de la profesi\u00f3n por tramo de la suma en cuesti\u00f3n, y se facturan de acuerdo con el cliente.<\/p>\n

Por supuesto, la tarifa de \u00e9xito habr\u00e1 sido previamente aceptada por el cliente en el marco del acuerdo de tarifas.<\/p>\n
