The SELARL is a company which allows persons exercising a regulated liberal profession to exercise their activity in the form of a limited liability company. The company keeps a civil object and exercises the profession of its associates. Activities compatible with this social form are as follows: Liberal legal and judicial professions, Liberal health professions, Other liberal professions except general insurance agents and non-regulated professions. The financial liability of the partners is in principle limited to the amount of their contributions to the SELARL, thus allowing the protection of personal assets subject to personal guarantees (each partner remaining responsible for his professional acts on all his assets). The general meeting decides on the remuneration to be paid to the partners exercising their activity and on the amount of dividends to be distributed.
