The same is true of certain decisions rendered in administrative matters. However, the following shall be immediately deleted: amnesties of convictions those benefiting from a judicial rehabilitation with removal from the criminal record commercial or disciplinary sanctions erased by rehabilitation Are withdrawn after 3 years: police contraventional penalties conviction with waiver of sentence; and educational sanctions or measures penal compositions. Are deleted after 5 years: judicial winding-up judgements personal bankruptcy or ban on management (unless their duration exceeds 5 years) Other convictions are withdrawn 40 years after the last registration or upon the death of the person concerned.
