This appointment may be mentioned in the statutes. If it is not, it may be the subject of a separate act. The partners must meet in general meeting to take the decision to appoint such person to the presidency of the company. They have to do it fairly quickly because it is a matter of appointing the person responsible for representing the company vis-\u00e0-vis third parties.
