These persons must have been registered as job seekers for more than 3 months or under a personalised reclassification agreement (CRP). Senior fixed-term contracts may not be concluded for a period exceeding 18 months. It can only be renewed once. The purpose of such a contract is to promote the employee&#8217;s return to employment and to enable him to acquire additional rights for his retirement.
