The eviction indemnity includes in particular: the market value of the business, determined in accordance with professional practice normal removal and relocation expenses the fees and transfer taxes to be paid for a fund of the same value. The leave with refusal to renew and offer of eviction indemnity must be delivered to your tenant by bailiff six months before the expiry of the commercial lease.
